| This post will be responsible for developing CN4C’s learning programme, and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to individuals and areas of deprived social housing through the provision of learning courses that engage, progress and raise aspirations of individuals.
Creativity and a strong eye for detail will equip you to take the ESF and mainstream learning contracts and evolve them from targets on a page into creative and meaningful learning opportunities.
You will manage a team of learning coordinators and help shape their knowledge, skills and desire to offer community based learning into a package that meets both the individuals and the funders.
Working under guidance from the Head of department and exploring opportunities within CN4C’s other teams, the successful applicant will find themselves in a challenging yet rewarding role, within which you can make a real difference.
You will be responsible for a number of different learning contracts as well as the team, so a blend of project and people management skills is a must.
Interviews will be held on 23rd March
