| EMPLOYMENT AND LEARNING ADVISER |

| We are looking to recruit an Adviser who will assist in leading the delivery of Learning and Employment Programmes in a number of community locations in the Launceston area. Your role will be to support people through advice, guidance and training to access employment, training and education.
You will be responsible for the recruitment and engagement of individuals to participate in Learning and Employment programmes from within a designated area and should have a Level 3 in Advice and Guidance, possess excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to client engagement and development of partnerships across a wide range of community based groups, training providers and employers.
Interviews will be held on 24th March 2010.
