Latest News Step into Spring Did you know that walking 30 minutes every day improves your blood circulation, helps reduce weight and makes your heart and bones stronger? We’re launching a new programme called Step into Spring and need volunteers to be walking buddies in the Camborne, Pool, Redruth, St Day and Caharrack and St Austell areas. All volunteers receive an induction which provides an opportunity to learn or share knowledge about local walks; think about safety and how to have open, supportive conversations.
