The Elms

Godrevy

Godrevy is a flexible, wheelchair accessible space suitable for talks, activities and screenings with groups of up to 15 people. It can also be used for informal meetings for groups of 8-10 seated in a boardroom layout. Self-serve tea and coffee facilities are available.

£20.00 per hour

Bishop Rock

This spacious community room can be made into a space for activities such as yoga or gentle exercise for groups of 15 or configured into a meeting room for groups of up to 20. Bishop Rock is equipped with flexible, folding tables and stackable chairs and is wheelchair accessible.

£15.00 per hour

Tater Du

Tater Du meeting room seats groups of up to 8-10 people boardroom style and is wheelchair accessible. This room also has an interactive whiteboard.

Penlee

Penlee is a spacious community room which is available for hire outside academic term-times only. The room is equipped with flexible, folding tables and stackable chairs and can be configured for activities for groups of up to 15 people or a meeting room for groups of up to 20.

This upstairs space can be accessed via an accessible wheelchair-friendly lift which can be reached via level access flooring from The Elms Reception.

£15.00 per hour

Catering

The Elms has professional standard catering facilities and can cater for anything from teas and coffees for meetings to light refreshments for groups of ten and meals for up to twenty people at a sitting. Tea, coffee and biscuits are available for meeting room hires at a charge of 50p per person.

St Austell Community Bank

Hot desking and small meeting room space

St Austell Community Bank has a number of partitioned office spaces which are suitable for small groups of 1-3 people. Offices are available for half days or full days hire, bookable in advance.

£10.00 per hour
