Creative Writing in the community 10am to 1pm 

Develop your writing skills through analysing a wide range of texts and exploring your own writing style. There is no qualification for completing this course, it's an opportunity to learn some new skills and spend time with others who are interested too. The course runs from 10am-1pm every Monday from 12 April-26 July

This series of workshops will look at the essential skills necessary for employment in a range of sectors including: health and safety, safeguarding, equality and diversity, customer service, teamworking and communication skills. The course runs from 10am-1pm every Monday from 19 April-26 July.

Sustainability and the Environment 1pm to 4pm

This 10-week course will enhance your understanding about environmental issues and focus on practical steps we can all take to live sustainably now, as well as ways in which our communities will need to adapt to become resilient in future. From 1 to 4pm every Monday from 19 April-21 June.

Mindfulness for health and wellbeing 10am to 1pm

Learn how to use gentle practices such as meditation to improve your relationship with fitness, nutrition and health. We will be running separate mindfulness groups for men and women. The course runs from 10am to 1pm every Tuesday from 20 April-27 July.

Get Connected IT Course 1pm to 5pm

This course will support those wanting to connect to the internet and get online to set-up an email account, search and access services, join online groups and courses and socialise.

Community Artists 10am to 1pm

Join us on this Community Learning course to develop your wellbeing through art. Learn basic meditation and relaxation techniques and develop your creativity. This course runs from 10am to 1pm every Wednesday from 21 April-28 July.

Learn new cooking skills, explore food choices and improve your confidence and well being in this free 10 week course. There are two sessions available at either 10am to 1pm or 2pm to 5pm. The course runs every Wednesday from 5 May-14 July.

Whether it's creating memories for social media, selling online or just to be creative, we will show you how to get the most from your mobile device. History and How We Live 10am-3pm

There is more to Cornish history than pasties, piskies and Poldark! Join us on to find out what lies behind the image of ‘romantic’ Cornwall and learn about the history they didn’t teach you in school! These taster sessions run from 10am to 3pm on Saturday 24 April and 8 May.
