This 12-week course provides a sociable way to improve your health and wellbeing.
At these friendly and information sessions, you’ll be supported by community health workers and your peers to discover more about nutrition and how to achieve a healthy diet. The course will also provide information about the benefits of these changes and ways to stay on track for the longer-term. We’ll be putting some of these suggestions into practice with a cookery session too.
There will also be opportunities to take part in gentle indoor exercise and guided walks in the local area at a pace that works for you.
