Do you get stuck in your thoughts or moods, or experience waves of depression and anxiety? If yes, then mindfulness could help you. When we feel good, we can go with the flow and deal with the challenges in our path – this is usually because we are being mindful.

Practical Mindfulness can support you to recognise the mindfulness resources you already practice subconsciously and teach you new ones. With these skills in your toolbox, mindfulness can become an effortless part of everyday life. Come along and give it a try!
