Meet The Team - Better Off Matt Matt joined Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change in January 2020, in the role of Head of Service - Better Off. Matt supports the Better Off team to help our members navigate returning to work and training. Emma Emma Williams has been working at Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change since 2013, in various roles supporting our members with learning, in both accredited and non-accredited learning. Emma is our Education and Training Manager, and oversees the Cornwall College courses and the V Learning Net courses that Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change runs. Vicky Vicky joined Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change in 2015 and has worked in various roles supporting the members of our community, through Information, Advice and Guidance. Vicky is now the 4Work client Advisor at CN4C. Neil Neil is the Self-Employment and Social Enterprise Coordinator at Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change. Neil has been supporting members of our community to become self-employed and set up businesses since November 2019. Mike Mike is taking the lead on Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change's role in the Erasmus+ project, an opportunity for young people from across Europe to use co-design to help encourage young people to stay in education. Mike is also Engagement and Progressions Worker for the Building Better Opportunities Atlantic and Moor project. Mike has been working at CN4C since February 2018. Helen Helen is the Young People's Project Coordinator, along with Julie at Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change. Helen and Julie run the TOAST programme to support young people to continue in education. Helen has been working with young people at CN4C since January 2017. Julie Julie is the Young People Learning Coordinator, along with Helen at Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change. Julie and Helen run the TOAST programme to support young people to continue in education. Julie has been working with young people at CN4C since October 2019.
