Learn how to use gentle practices such as meditation to improve your relationship with fitness, nutrition, and health. In time, mindfulness for health and wellbeing can help you make simple life changes that stick, improve your resilience to life events and support you to improve your relationships. At the end of this course you will be awarded a Cornwall College Group Certificate of Learning (PCDL).
