Partners and funders

Pluss


Pluss are the funding partner for Building Better Opportunities Coast to Coast, as well as South and East. Pluss is a community
interest company that is part of the Seetec group and aims to support people to achieve a career and fulfil their potential. The funding for the programmes comes from The National Lottery Community Fund and The European Social Fund

The Learning Partnership for Cornwall and Isles of Scilly

The Learning Partnership for Cornwall and Isles of Scilly is the funding partner for Building Better Opportunities Atlantic and Moor. The Learning Partnership for Cornwall and Isles of Scilly works with training providers, schools, businesses, public sector organisations such as Cornwall Council and health partners, and the voluntary and community sector and other partners to support vulnerable people and encourage them into training or employment. The funding for the programmes comes from The National Lottery Community Fund and The European Social Fund.

Volunteer Cornwall

Volunteer Cornwall are one of our funding partners for our Social Prescribing team. Volunteer Cornwall
 are a charity dedicated to building social capital and developing the well being of individuals and communities in Cornwall. The funding for the programme comes from The Department of Health, Public Health England and Cornwall Council.

Outset Cornwall

Outset Cornwall are our funding partner for The Engine Room project. Outset is part of YTKO, and is a programme that provides support to people in Cornwall wishing to set up their own business. The funding for the project comes from
The European Regional Development Fund.

Community Led Local Development (CLLD) 

CLLD is the funding partner for the 4Work project. CLLD work in target areas to make a difference to the local economy. The funding for the 4Work project comes from The European Social Fund and The European Regional Development Fund.
CLLD is also helping to fund the re-development of the old bank on High Cross Street in St Austell, through The European Regional Development Fund.

The Cornwall College Group

The Cornwall College Group is the largest education and training provider in Cornwall. The Cornwall College Group run a variety of programmes, including qualifications for 16-18 year olds, apprenticeships, adult learning for a range of qualifications and evening courses for career development, or learning a new hobby. The Cornwall College Group funds our Community Learning at CN4C, which means we can run a variety of courses.

V Learning Net

V Learning Net is a charitable company that was set up in 2001 to work with various charities in the South West to offer training and qualifications. V Learning Net provides sustainable funding to allow organisations in the Third Sector to deliver high quality training for 16-18 year olds and adult skills, as well as Advanced Learner Loans, and the funding for this is provided by the Education Skills Funding Agency.
