The Reaching Communities programme is designed to support anyone in the Camborne, Pool and Redruth area who feels lonely or socially isolated. Through a variety of groups, which are currently being moved online, CN4C helps you to connect with new people in your community, meet people with similar interests or life experiences, and reduce your feelings of isolation and loneliness.

One of the first groups that started under the Reaching Communities programme was Saturday Night Out! a regular LGBTQI+ social
group, where you can bring a friend or come to make new ones.

The CN4C book club has read and discussed one book already, and are moving online to take on their next challenge.

Thursday night is Games Night at CN4C, with a variety of board and card games available, or you can bring your own to play. We are currently looking at how to move this group online.

The Reaching Communities programme is also helping us to support the most isolated members of our community through the COVID-19 outbreak.

If you are interested in joining one our groups, or are looking for a home for your own group, please contact Sharon, our Hub Link Worker by emailing [email protected]

The Reaching Communities programme is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.
